Doom has received its first post-launch update a few days ago. The update not only focuses massively on the multiplayer component of the game, but only provides distinctive changes to the game interface.

One of the massive change in the game interface is that the developer has now given the option to change the placement of the gun to the center of the screen, similar to the original 1993 version of the game. Another massive addition is that player will now have a new Photo Mode, in which they can take screenshots of while playing the game.

Changes in the multiplayer interface include general improvement, optimization and bug fixes along with shorten lobby load times and more refined balance for the weapons.
