Duelyst Review: an interesting take on CCG Genre

Duelyst is a new card game with a great twist. It basically works like any other games in CCG genre out there and it requires you to play on a 5x9 board.

Duelyst is a new card game with a great twist. It basically works like any other games in CCG genre out there and it requires you to play on a 5x9 board. You and the opponent will have a bloodborn spell, 25 health and 2 attack. However, you will need to draw cards and based on that you will be able to acquire spells minions and other stuff that adds new stuff onto the board.

What you would like here is the fact that the game does try to be different when compared to other titles and the effort is very good. It manages to be a very rewarding and fun experience that you can enjoy, not to mention that the gameplay is created with ease of use and fun in mind.

The visuals here are to the point. Being an online game works because it can sport nice graphics without being very demanding to the computer. Sure, the graphics can be better but you would feel that they could have done it a little better from a visual standpoint. Still, what you get is very cute and funny!

The major stars here are the cards. They are amazing and well worth your time, which is why you need to focus on results and get your hand on the best cards as it will give you an upper hand in matches. There is also a lot of pleasure in actually acquiring cards and testing them out and you should try and acquire as many as possible.

They have integrated 6 classes in total and each one of them is quite varying from each other. In a game that does focus on combat, this is very important and you would feel happy with the entire way the experience works here. Of course, the addition of multiple classes does broaden up the gameplay quite a bit. It makes everything more fun and rewarding, which is what matters the most at the end of the day. Plus, the value you obtain here is of a very high quality and you should check it out.

No other card based game or CCG is so immersive, and the pixel graphics do play a good role here. Everything is so exciting and funny that you will rarely have the opportunity to enjoy your time and immerse yourself in tactical depth. The animations are solid and you don’t need to buy decks with real money just to have fun.

There are a few minor issues like the lack of challenge from neutral minions and also, you will rarely see any impressive moments.

But even so, the game is not bad at all. In fact, it’s very good and it does bring a great set of amazing CCG. Being free of charge works in its favor and you will be very happy with the entire gaming experience. It could be better of course, but it could also be worse. As a fan of CCG games we liked it a lot and you definitely will do as well!
