Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 has received its second DLC pack, the Eclipse for Xbox and PC platform. The DLC pack includes four new multiplayer maps and an expansion for the Zombie Mode.

The four new multiplayer maps included are Spire, Rift, Knockout and Verge. As the above video suggests the first two of the maps will expose the players in a futuristic geographical arena, one of them being an airport terminal and another being a military complex. On the other hand Knockout will feature a Shaolin temple. But it is not what you are thinking: ancient China with Buddhist monks roaming around, it is rather a "retro twist". The last of the four maps is nothing but a recreation of the classic map Banzai Call of Duty: World at War.

In addition to the above four multiplayer maps, the DLC also includes an all new map for the Zombie mod, the Zetsubou No Shima which is set on a remote Pacific island.

Meanwhile, developer Treyarch will also start a Double XP event this weekend. Unlike the previous events, this Double XP Weekend will run from Friday to Monday.

Earlier last month, PlayStation has already received the DLC patch update soon after the unveiling of the DLC.
