Fallout 4 Far Harbor DLC adds 20 hours of gameplay

A new DLC has been released this Thursday, named the Far Harbor, which has been claimed by the developers to offer more than 20 hours of gameplay to the Boston Wasteland.

Fallout 4 has been on an up-hill ride soon after the passing of first few weeks of release and is barely sustaining on the community mods and unlimited level cap. Even the two DLC released in the past have not succeeded much in engaging a lot with the players as they offered only short stories to the gameplay.

However this time around a new DLC has been released this Thursday, named the Far Harbor, which has been claimed by the developers to offer more than 20 hours of gameplay to the Boston Wasteland. Sadly the interface is still not polished enough for the players to have a smooth start into the DLC. So below we have mentioned a list of things you might have to add into your checklist to start your session in Far Harbor.

First and foremost you will have to manually download and install the most recent patch as the DLC won’t download automatically, even if you are holding a Season Pass. Next, after opening the game, before loading on to the save game, you will have to check if Far Harbor is on the list of add-ons. If not you will have to restart the game a few time until it shows up on the list. Once the DLC shows up you can load the save game. However you will have to add one last thing in your checklist; your character should have completed all the missions and arrived at the Diamond City to meet Nick Valentine. Now once all these are taken care of, you can check the quest log and there should be a new mission available to get you started with the Far Harbor storyline.

We will be releasing a review for Far Harbor. In the meantime let us know about your experience in this new DLC, does it increase your appeal for the game?
