Mineski has decided to take strict action against the former team mates by filing lawsuit.
Mineski, the biggest eSports organization in Philippines, has decided to take strict actions against former team mates who have breached their ongoing contract during their tenure, by filing lawsuit.
Philippines has been known for unprofessional eSports individuals. Players recruited in a team generally don’t agree to any contract bindings, or even if they do they would care least about the legal consequences of doing anything that breaches their contact.
The majority of the Philippines eSports community has welcomed Mineski’s initiative of cleansing. Even though it is still not clear if Mineski is actually moving forward to file lawsuit or it is just a social media posturing, it is quite a necessary step for eSports maturing as an industry.
