 Registration & Login Process

Q. How can I register on NovaPlay.in?
A. Signing up / registration is a one-time process on NovaPlay.in. You can create a new account by providing some of your personal details. Once you register, you will receive a verification link on the email id through which you have registered. Follow the process to complete the registration.

Q. Can I login through my existing Facebook / Google accounts?

A. Yes, you can login to NovaPlay.in through your existing Google / Facebook or Steam account. You can also login through your credentials on NovaPlay once you have registered and created an account.

Q. What if I forget my password for my NovaPlay account?
A. Password recovery is a simple process. When logging in, click on the "Forgot Password" link. You will receive an email on your registered email id with us with the instructions to reset the password.

 

Orders & Purchase Process

 
Q. How can I make a purchases on NovaPlay.in?
A. You need to be a registered member on NovaPlay.in to make a purchase.
You can choose from a wide variety of games and merchandise on the NovaStore.
To make a purchase, simply go to the NovaStore, browse the catalogue and select your favourite game or merchandise to buy.
Follow the process for placing an order and post successful payment at your end, your order would be processed.

Q. Which modes of payment are acceptable on NovaPlay.in?
A. You have the following options to make a payment for a purchase on NovaPlay.in
• Netbanking
• Credit Card
• Debit Card
• Nova Coins
Cash on delivery is not available as an option as of now

Q. How will I receive the game that I purchase on NovaPlay.in?
A. Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive a link for a digital download of the game. This link would be sent to you in an email. The email will contain the details and the process to be followed for downloading the game.

Q. Are the CD keys region locked?
A. Most of the products sold on NovaPlay.in are not region locked.

Q. Do I also have the option to buy a game in physical CD format?
A. No, the original game is only available as a digital download.

Q. What if the order fails and my payment is deducted from my account?
A. For any orders that are not successful and a payment is deduced, drop in a mail at with your order details – Order number, Date of Purchase, Mode of Payment.
A refund process shall be initiated and your payment would be credited back to your account.

Q. Can I cancel an order on NovaPlay.in?
A. No, cancellation of successful orders placed on NovaPlay.in is not available as an option.
